Professional Services Contracts
Lists and details of the Professional Services Contracts we have awarded to assist us in the delivery of phase 1 of HS2 from London to the West Midlands. All contracts were awarded following a public body procurement process based on the principles of equal treatment, transparency and non-discrimination.
External Challenge Groups
The External Challenge Groups were set up to ensure that HS2 Ltd’s approach to High Speed Rail is rigorously scrutinised at every stage. They comprise of panels of independent experts, specialising in the groups’ respective areas of focus.
Freedom of Information
As HS2 Ltd is a public authority we are subject to the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. These laws aim to make information held by public authorities more accessible to the public and allows individuals and companies to request a wide variety of material.
