Mike Welton has been appointed as a non-executive board member.
Mike is a chartered civil engineer and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Mike is Chairman of Southern Water and sits on the advisory board of Montrose Associates. Mike was previously Chief Executive of Balfour Beatty plc and is also a past Chairman of Hanson plc and the UK Government’s Railway Sector Advisory Group.
