Technical Documents
To maximise transparency, we have published documents about the Common Assessment Standard, Rolling Stock, Railway Systems and HS2 policies. This will help the supply chain understand our requirements.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to postpone all of our public face-to-face engagement events and meetings for the safety of our staff, stakeholders and communities. We have also put in place alternative ways of communicating and engaging regularly with communities to ensure that we can continue to inform, listen and respond.
The HS2 Helpdesk remains operational all day, every day, and is your first point of contact: Freephone 08081 434 434; Minicom 08081 456 472; Email: [email protected]. If you contact us by post there will be an extended delay in us responding to you.
To maximise transparency, we have published documents about the Common Assessment Standard, Rolling Stock, Railway Systems and HS2 policies. This will help the supply chain understand our requirements.
Joint Venture(JV) partners working on HS2 projects will require their suppliers tomprequalify by achieving the Common Assessment Standard (CAS). In addition to providing the JV partners with basic compliance assurance, the CAS offers suppliers a route to prequalification that is uniformly recognised across the HS2 project and increasingly recognised by other commercial and public sector buyers.
CAS assessment is currently available from Achilles, CHAS and Constructionline. These assessors recognise a valid Safety Schemes in Procurement assessment certificate as meeting the basic health and safety requirements of the CAS.
The following companies have provided information about their Common Assessment Standard services.
