Community Engagement Progress Report: July 2020 to March 2021
This is the sixth of our public progress reports, covering the 9 month period from July 2020 to March 2021.
This report draws on a number of case studies of activity during the period covering July 2020 to March 2021, along with currently available data such as from the help desk (number of enquiries, complaints, etc.), funding awarded and the events we have held.
These reports will provide transparency about our performance, help us to continuously learn and improve, and show how well we and our contractors are performing across a range of indicators such as how well we handle enquiries and complaints.
