‘HS2: Changing Britain’ sets out how the project is already changing the way people work together to plan the future of their cities both in terms of developing their transport systems and transforming local economies.
The report sets out how it is influencing private companies’ investment decisions and how it is providing for the development of skills to equip a new generation with the knowledge the UK needs to deliver High Speed Two (HS2) and future infrastructure projects.
