Community Engagement Progress Report: April 2022 to March 2023
This is the seventh of our public progress reports, covering the 12 month period from April 2022 to March 2023.
This report draws on a number of case studies of activity during the period covering April 2022 to March 2023, along with currently available data such as from the help desk (number of enquiries, complaints, etc.), funding awarded and the events we have held.
These reports will provide transparency about our performance, help us to continuously learn and improve, and show how well we and our contractors are performing across a range of indicators such as how well we handle enquiries and complaints.
