Community Engagement Progress Report: July 2019 to December 2019

This is the fourth of our public progress reports, covering the 6 month period from July to December 2019.

This report draws on a number of case studies of activity during this half of this year, along with currently available data such as from the help desk (number of enquiries, complaints, etc.), funding awarded and the events we have held.

We will be publishing these reports on a 6 monthly basis. These reports will provide transparency about our performance, help us to continuously learn and improve, and show how well we and our contractors are performing across a range of indicators such as how well we handle enquiries and complaints.
