This report sets out our organisation’s equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) data.
The data in this report represents information from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019.
During the last year HS2 Ltd has been preparing for Stage 2 of the Main Works Civils contract and going into the final year of the Enabling Works contract. Getting ready for our main works construction brings challenges in relation to the diversity of established talent pools.
Despite this challenge, we are responding positively, with small increases in the overall diversity of our workforce during the past year.
