We have continued to innovate in order to drive the skills agenda since we published our Skills, Employment and Education strategy in 2018. New developments include the launch of our HS2 Job Brokerage, which will help local people and those from disadvantaged backgrounds and under-represented groups to access the new roles we are creating in our supply chain.
