This guidance booklet provides information to property owners in Phase 2 only (2a and 2b) on the process of selling your home using the Streamlined Residential Blight (SRB) scheme. We expect the scheme to reduce timescales and minimise disruption for you when compared with the existing Statutory Blight and Express Purchase process.
