This policy statement sets out High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd’s vision, leadership and commitment to health, safety and wellbeing. It states HS2 Ltd’s goal to create a railway designed, built and operated to world-class standards; building a culture where, ‘Safety is caring for our workforce, our passengers and the public, by creating an environment where no one gets hurt’.
