HS2 Phase One housing statement

Any Parliamentary Bill that authorises the purchase of land where there are more than 30 houses must have a housing statement

This statement sets out the areas where the houses are located, the total number of houses in those areas and the number of people living in those houses.

The term “house” includes any separate dwelling.
