Colne Valley tree planting works

What we are doing

We will be planting saplings and trees up to 3.5 meters in height to enable woodland habitat creation across the Colne Valley. There will be a mixture of trees planted that reflect the species in the area, and smaller vegetation. The newly planted trees will be protected with fencing to make sure they are not damaged or destroyed by wildlife. There will be maintenance and management visits throughout 2021 to ensure the trees are growing and maintained.
