What we are doing
| High Speed Two (HS2) is the new high speed railway for Britain. To allow for the construction of the new railway and to continue to ensure a safe and reliable gas supply, Cadent is moving an underground gas pipeline on land either side of Tolldish Lane, Great Haywood. Main work to move the pipeline began in March 2023 and all work is now complete. Cadent has also finished reinstating its working area to replace topsoil and vegetation that had to be removed to carry out the diversion. Cadent has also filled potholes at its crossing point on Tolldish Lane. All Cadent work at this site is now complete. We would like to thank local residents for their continued patience throughout the duration of Cadent’s work.
