What we are doing
You are invited to an event at the Old Oak Common Station site on Saturday 22 November to find out more about HS2 and the wider development plans in the area.
Local MP for Ealing Central and Acton, Rupa Huq, HS2 Chief Executive, Mark Wild, and Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) will be there to answer any questions you might have.
At the event you can find out further information on:
• How the new station and HS2 tunnels are being constructed
 • Employment and training opportunities
 • Investment in local communities; and
 • Discover what’s happening now and what’s planned for the future in the area.

 Time: 9:30am – 12:30pm
 Location: Visitor Centre, Old Oak Common Station site,
 Old Oak Common Lane, NW10 6DZ
 Mark Wild will be in attendance between 9.30am to 11.30am
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
