What we are doing
What we are doing
We will be carrying out the installation of surveying equipment to measure any ground movement related to the tunnel boring machines. We will use a hammer to install survey anchors into the ground in the areas shown in the map below.
A barrier will be placed around the survey anchors. This work will take place during the week commencing 30 January and will take approximately two hours. The anchors will remian in place for approximately two years.
Please be assured that our ground movement assessments have indicated that tunnelling will cause minimal or no damage to properties in this area and that HS2 is responsible for any damage caused to your house as a result of our works.
