What we are doing
In the area between Appletree and Aston Le Walls we are building the Chipping Warden Green Tunnel. To complete the construction of the tunnel we will be carrying out a number of activities, including excavating and moving large amounts of earth with plant and machinery.
Appletree Lane and Public Rights of Way ( AA8, AA7 and AE17) will be closed from March 2021 until the tunnel is completed and road reopened, this is expected to be in May 2026.
