What we are doing
As part of our plan to reduce HGV traffic on the local road network, we will be constructing a conveyor system to move materials across the A413, London Road.
The conveyor system will be designed to take materials between our two sites either side of the A413.
For the safety of road users and our staff we will require some overnight closures and daytime traffic management whilst these works are carried out.
Works on constructing the conveyor are expected to begin in February and continue through to October.
During construction there may be times where we will need to introduce temporary traffic management, in the form of a full overnight road closure or two-way traffic lights, on the A413 London Road and Small Dean Lane.
When these dates are confirmed, we will update communities.
