HS2 Works Notification: Public Right of Way closures between Finmere and Newton Purcell

What we are doing

In preparation for the main cutting excavation, we will be temporarily closing some Public Rights of Way (PRoW) in the area near Finmere and Newton Purcell. These closures are required for the safety of all users, as we will soon begin moving earth with large plant and machinery where the bridleways cross the work area.

The following bridleways will be required to close:
• 213/4/1
• 213/7/20

We will be constructing new permanent diversions for these bridleways. Once further information becomes available and construction dates are confirmed, we will update communities.

Bridleways 213/4/1 and 213/7/20 will be fully closed, 24 hours a day, week commencing Monday 6 June 2022. Signage on the bridleways will indicate the closure.
