What we are doing
From 5 to 9 January 2026, we will remove the internal doors and carry out surveys at Kildun Court. In addition, from 5 January to 31 December 2026, we will carry out ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the building, which will require access.
From March 2026 there will also be planned utilities works but we will confirm details of this closer to the time.
Throughout 2026 you may notice workers in or outside Kildun Court. There will be a traffic marshal to support with the access of deliveries into Kildun Court, but we will ensure pedestrian access is maintained. You may also see security staff regularly checking the building.
