What we are doing
There will be a temporary road closure of Leather Lane, Great Missenden / The Lee so that we can undertake topographic land surveys ahead of our works starting. A topographic survey is a type of survey that maps the boundaries, features, and levels of a site prior to detailed design work.
How will these works affect you?
Leather Lane will be temporarily closed to traffic from 9.30am to 3.30pm, after which the traffic management will be removed, on the following dates:
- 6 and 7 April 2024
Traffic will be diverted via Potter Row, Frith Hill, and Aylesbury Road (A413) during the closure.
The farmer’s access will be maintained.
What will we be doing?
A small team of surveying engineers will be visible in the highway whilst taking readings from the monitoring equipment. To do this safely Leather Lane will be temporarily closed at off peak times.
