What we are doing
We’ll be carrying out a series of closures between Weeford Interchange and Fazeley on the A5, enabling us to prepare for the construction of the HS2 railway line, taking it under the A5.
A5 Eastbound closure: overnight closures from Monday 10 January to Wednesday 12 January from 9pm – 5.30am
A5 Westbound diversion route: overnight closures from Wednesday 12 January to Friday 14 January from 9pm – 5.30am
Following on from these closures, a single lane will run westbound until March 2022. Further works are expected, and we will update you with this information once we can confirm the dates.
