Duration
Cryfield Grange Road will be closed from Monday 27 April until Sunday 24 May 2026. The closure will be in place 24 hours a day.
What we are doing
We will carry out a final programme of landscaping activities to connect Cryfield Grange Road to the new realigned Crackley Lane.
What to expect
There will be increased construction activity during the closure, and you will experience some disruption to your travel times. Please plan ahead to avoid delays to your journey. A fully signed diversion route will be in place throughout the period of closure.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
