What we are doing
BBV have been significantly reconfiguring the junction of the A446 Stonebridge Road and A452 Chester Road near Birmingham Business Park to facilitate the construction of a bridge that will take the new railway over the M42. This work is largely complete but before we can fully reopen both lanes of the road, we will need to replace the temporary safety barriers with permanent safety barriers. To do this work safely we will close the northbound carriageway of the A452 in front of Melbicks garden centre, overnight, between 8pm and 6am from Monday 25 November until Friday 29 November. On the Friday night the work will start at midnight.
