What we are doing
In order to carry out the works in a safe and secure environment, we needed to close the A429 Kenilworth Road from Monday 2 June 2025 to Saturday 28 June 2025.
The team has made considerable progress, and the new bridge and permanent road will be opened to traffic on Saturday 28 June.
The closure planned from Monday 30 June 2025 to Sunday 20 July 2025 is no longer required and the A429 will remail open until late summer. We will need to close the A429 once more to carry out final construction works
