What we are doing
We previously notified you in May about the road realignment for Rugby Road and advised you of a series of upcoming traffic management works, including road closures. The planned road closures are part of the final works to complete the permanent
road realignment later this year. These works will be done in several stages.
A road closure will be in place from Monday 28 July – Friday 22 August 2025, between 8am – 6pm, with overnight temporary traffic lights.
The 24/7 temporary traffic lights will be in place from Tuesday 26 August – Saturday 13 September 2025.
