What we are doing
Temporary road closure Hunningham Road, Offchurch
On Monday 18 October we were notified by our construction team that due to an outbreak of illness among staff carrying out trail hole surveys and other additional works on Hunningham Road, Offchurch the road closure has now been extended to Friday 29 October 2021.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this extension of works will cause.
We will be carrying out trial hole excavations in the existing verge of Hunnigham Road, Offchurch. This is to identify existing utility services, construct protection slabs over existing utility services and carry out ground condition surveys, to do this safetly we need to put in a temporary road closure. Works are scheduled between Monday 18 October and Friday 29 October 2021. The road will be closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm each day.
There will be advanced warning signs placed on Hunnigham Road, and a fully signposted diversion will be in place. These works are subject to weather conditions.
