Notice of road closure, Whielden Lane, Amersham

What we are doing

We will undertake utility survey works on the road and footpath outside our Amersham vent shaft site. These surveys will help us map out our future works in the area to ensure we can minimise disruption to existing utilities.
To do this safely the road will be temporarily closed until these works are completed.

Closure of Whielden Lane from the A404 to the entrance of our Amersham shaft site, on Saturday 11 January 2025 during the day between 8am and 4pm. We will provide signage for a diversion route from the A404 via the A413, Gore Hill and The Broadway. The footpath will remain open for pedestrian access.
