UPDATE Notice of road closures and traffic management, A4010 Risborough Road

What we are doing

In November and December, we will be carrying out works along the A4010. We will continue works at the Thames Water main diversion under a lane closure. Our work area will be separated from the live carriageway by concrete barriers. We must close the road completely for one night to install these barriers before the works begin and for one day when they are finished to remove them.

We will also complete a routine inspection of the temporary bridge under a single overnight road closure. Then we will survey the existing road around the connecting point to the new relief road. We will also be working to locate underground utilities in this area. This will be completed under a single lane closure.

•  Full overnight road closure Friday 8 November 8:30pm – Saturday 9 November 5:30am
•  2-way traffic lights Saturday 9 November 5:30am – Sunday 15 December 9am (24-hour). *Note: the duration of these works has been extended due to additional unforeseen utility works being required*
• Full overnight road closure Monday 16 December 8:30pm – Tuesday 17 December 5:30am
•  Full road closure Sunday 15 December, 9am-3pm
•  2-way and 3-way traffic lights Monday 16 December – Wednesday 18 December, 9am-3pm
