Duration
Last year we communicated the road closure for March 2026. We have now amended the dates: B4113 Stoneleigh Road will be closed 24 hours a day, seven days a week from Monday 23 March now until Sunday 19 April 2026
What we are doing
We will be working on the east tie-ins, in preparation for the new realignment over the Green Overbridge later in the year. We will be working 24/7 during these works.
What to expect
The works will continue 24/7 during the road closures. Access to properties, Stoneleigh Park, will be maintained throughout the works. There will be no pedestrian access during the works. A fully signed diversion will be in place.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
