What we are doing
Location
Southbound carriageway of the A452 Kenilworth Road, between Meriden roundabout and Bradnocks Marsh roundabout.
Duration
The overnight closure will be in place between 8pm and 6am on Saturday 21 February 2026 and on Sunday 22 February 2026.
What we are doing
We will be installing CCTV cameras along the A452. CCTV is required as part of traffic management operations and will remain in place until works on the new road alignment are complete. The closure is required so that we can install the CCTV cameras safely.
What to expect
Access for residents and business will be maintained throughout the closure, and a fully signed diversion route will be in operation. Please see the map overleaf and follow the diversion signs.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
