Notice of spring chamber works Wendover

What we are doing

We will be constructing a spring flow chamber in the farmland northwest of Wendover. Deliveries to construct the spring chamber will be made from our Wendover green tunnel site. Access to the farmland will be via Nash Lee End.

What to expect

• HGV deliveries from our Wendover green tunnel site.
• Some noise and disruption are expected during the construction phase particularly due to vehicle movement and localised vegetation removal. However, this will be managed carefully, and mitigation measures will be considered where appropriate.

HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
