What we are doing
We will be undertaking works to divert the overhead utility cables along a section of the A515.
During the first phase of these works we will divert the overhead cables to a location underground next to the proposed new highway realignment of the A515. We anticipate Phase 2 of the work will be carried out around 2024.
The works will take place from Monday 17 October to Friday 21 October 2022. To carry out our works safely, we will install a temporary closure of a section of the A515, which will be in place 24 hours a day.
There will be two diversions in place, one for cars and vehicles under 7.5 tonne and one for those weighing over 7.5 tonne. A515 access requirements for vehicles will be maintained. Please see the works notice for details.
