From 8am Saturday until 6pm Sunday over the weekends of Saturday 21 March to Sunday 22 March and Saturday 28 March to Sunday 29 March, and from 8am to 6pm on Saturday 11 April and Saturday 18 April

What we are doing
We will be installing temporary traffic lights whilst we complete remedial works on the new Overbridge. Works include repairs to the kerbs, highways drainage, completing the pedestrian/ equestrian crossing and removing the BT pole on the pavement. We will also install six new streetlights between Waste Lane Overbridge and Dragon Flies.

What to expect
Motorists may experience some disruption to travel times. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained.

HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
