Notice of Traffic Management, A418 Oxford Road

What we are doing

In October, we will be continuing work on the verge of the A418 Oxford Road associated with the realignment of the road. Some de-vegetation works will be carried out along the A418.

This will be limited to an area near our site entrance on the northern verge of the road. It will be necessary to temporarily stop traffic for 10-15 minutes in both directions at certain points during these works. This is for reasons of safety.

Most of the work can be carried out without the need for traffic management and every effort will be made to keep holds on traffic to a minimum. Holds on traffic may occur during off-peak hours only.

When will these works take place?
• Thursday 3 to Friday 4 October – 10-15 minute holds on traffic possible between 9:30am-3pm
