What we are doing
Construction continues of the new Manor Drive to divert traffic from the temporary section of road to the new re-aligned road.
What to expect
Tuesday 5 May to Monday 25 May A single lane closure of Manor Drive. Tuesday 26 May to Thursday 25 June Traffic will be diverted onto the newly aligned section of Manor Drive with a lane closure in place for the duration of the works. These lane closures will be in place 24/7.
Our working hours will be from 7am to 8pm each weekday and Saturday’s from 7am to 4pm. In addition, there will be two full 24/7 periods when our team will be working continuously.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
