What we are doing
The plant crossing will be in place from 7am to 6pm, on Mondays to Fridays and from 7am to 4pm on Saturdays.
What to expect
During working hours, traffic lights will be in operation to allow our team, machinery and the public to move safely through the new Gilson Road realignment. The signals will be turned off outside of these hours when the site is closed.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
