What we are doing
What are we doing?
In order to prepare for the future railway, UK Power Networks (UKPN) need to carry out electricity cable installation works within the Willesden Euro-terminal site.
UKPN will firstly be undertaking trial-hole excavations (slit trenches) as part of the open cut electrical ducting and cabling infrastructure feasibility to determine a fixed route for infrastructure installations. They will then back fill their excavations and reinstate the area around to return it to its former state. All relevant consents/site access from associated stakeholders/landowners will have been obtained prior to the
commencement of work.
UKPN will be working from Monday 14th November for 2 weeks.
How will this impact you?
UKPN will be working in the area highlighted on the map on page 2. UKPN has a responsibility for delivering electricity services to homes and businesses across the region and will ensure that the impact of any work is kept to a minimum. There will be no impact to your electricity supply.
