East Way (connecting onto the A45 Coventry Road eastbound)
Duration
Overnight closures for two nights: From 8pm on Monday 19 January until 6am Tuesday 20 January 2026 From 8pm on Tuesday 20 January until 6am Wednesday 21 January 2026.
What we are doing
Traffic management will be in place on East Way, to allow our workforce to safely carry out essential fencing works.
What to expect
Low level noise from our works. A fully signed diversion route during each overnight closure.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
