What we are doing
SGN will be undertaking a pipeline diversion off Oxford Road (A418). Due to the early works undertaken in September 2020, it will not be necessary to utilise any temporary traffic signals within or adjacent to the carriageway (Oxford Road).
SGN will start their main utility diversion works in March 2021. This will allow for the future construction of HS2.
How will this affect you?
A limited number of vehicles will be exiting and joining Oxford Road from the site access road (there will be no right turning of vehicles). Therefore, local traffic may have to slow down to permit the construction vehicles to exit the carriageway safely.
