What we are doing
From 2 February to 2 March 2026 we will be demolishing three garages, numbers 10, 11 and 12, and building a new site entrance for the Mandeville Road Vent Shaft.
These works will be within core working hours, Mondays to Fridays 8am to 6pm.
Residents may experience noise and vibration as we will be breaking concrete. We will use noise reducing barriers where possible.
Access to the other garages will be maintained.
