What we are doing

Ongoing utility works and hoarding move on Cobourg Street

We wrote to you in November 2022 to let you know that we are undertaking an essential programme of utilities diversion works including, multi-utilities works and hoarding move on Cobourg Street. This commenced in late November 2022 and is anticipated to complete in November 2023.

Please read the rest of this notification for details on updated timeframes for the remaining phases of water main works and hoarding move on Cobourg Street.

Water main works on Cobourg Street (north) – ongoing until January 2023
Phase 1 water main works between the junctions of Starcross Street/ Cobourg Street and Drummond Street/ Cobourg Street was completed in early December 2022. Phase 2 water main works which extend into the junction of Drummond Street/ Cobourg Street are now underway. This means that there is no vehicular access to Cobourg Street (north) and no on-street parking. Pedestrian access to the station via Drummond Street and Cobourg Street will remain. Approximately one parking bay on Starcross Street and three parking bays on Drummond Street have been suspended to allow vehicles to turn.
