What we are doing

Our Ref: Old Oak Common Lane closure – Network Rail and HS2 Ltd

 Dear neighbour,

We are temporarily closing Old Oak Common Lane between Wells House Road and Wulfstan Street to cars and lorries between 01:00 on 28 June until 23:00 on 11 July. 28 June and 11 July. This means there is a diversion in place via Wales Farm Road (map overleaf) and access to Wells House Road is maintained.

There will be 24/7 access for pedestrians. Cyclists will be asked to walk their bikes through. There is pre-arranged, managed access for the immediately affected businesses. If you believe this is you and you haven’t made arrangements please contact [email protected].

 Minimising ongoing disruption

As you will be aware, Old Oak Common is the location for HS2’s new station, which is being constructed and enabled by lots of different organisations. To reduce ongoing disruption Network Rail has collaborated with these organisations so that everyone uses the same road closure. This will help reduce ongoing disruption to residents and businesses throughout the summer. Our approach has been approved by Ealing Council.
