What we are doing
Additional utility surveys
We will be carrying out further drainage surveys on the current system in your area. These surveys will help us to understand the condition of the drainage system in the area and how best to protect it during construction of the railway.
We will investigate the condition of the sewer system using a camera and may need to flush the system if any blockages are found. Your utility services will not be affected during these works.
Overnight Surveys on Brondesbury Villas and Canterbury Terrace
We are looking to carry out overnight utility surveys on Brondesbury Villas and Canterbury Terrace during the following dates and time:
• 18 October overnight between 9pm and 6am
• 19 October overnight between 9pm and 6am
• 20 October overnight between 9pm and 6am
• 21 October overnight between 9pm and 6am
• 22 October overnight between 9pm and 6am
Temporary road changes on Brondesbury Villas
To carry out these works safely, a temporary lane closure will be in place on Brondesbury Villas with two-way traffic lights. We will need to suspend 34 parking bays throughout these works. The lane closure will only be in place during our working hours and will be removed when we are not on site. Pedestrian access will not be affected during these works.
