What we are doing
What we are doing
From 16 October to 22 December 2023, we will be carrying out utility works to reline two sewers on Mandeville Road and in Northolt Leisure Centre car park.
We will be undertaking works primarily during the day, however there will be some night-time working between 7pm and 7am to minimise disruption on the road network. We will install a compound in the TfL yard on Mandeville Road, next to the Leisure Centre.
How these works might affect you
We will be working at night installing a new lining into the local sewer network over a two month period. A temporary scaffold tower will be constructed on the land adjacent to the entrance of the HS2 vent shaft site, opposite Northolt tube station.
The first three parking bays on Badminton Close will be used to park a lorry overnight. This lorry will be used for flow control whilst installing the lining and to seal the lining into position.
Temporary traffic management of a lane closure will be in place overnight on the dates shown overleaf. The traffic management will be removed each morning after the night works have been completed.
We will install noise reduction barriers to reduce the noise from the work sites.
We would like to apologise in advance for any disruption or inconvenience this may cause. Every effort is being taken to ensure that these works are carried out in the least impactful way.
We will ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum.
