What we are doing
As we continue with enabling works in the area, we need to carry out intermittent soundproof tests week commencing 29 March 2021 to measure how much noise the acoustic shed at Melton Street will contain.
The tests will be for one day only, mid-morning, and late evening when there is reduced traffic and surrounding noise.
The soundproof test will be within the acoustic shed in our Melton Street site. The acoustic shed has been purpose-built to allow us to mitigate noise from construction activities such as concrete breakout.
