Duration
Overnight closures:
From 9pm on Monday 9 March until 6am Tuesday 10 March 2026.
From 9pm on Monday 23 March until 6am Friday 28 March 2026.
What we are doing
Overnight traffic management will be in place to enable our workforce to safely carry out electrical surveys and lighting column works.
What to expect
Low level noise from our works.A fully signed diversion route during each overnight closure.
HS2 is undergoing a comprehensive reset to ensure it can be built efficiently and for the lowest reasonable cost. This work is being carried out in stages and will be completed in 2026. We will provide you with updates on the reset and what this means for our plans to build the railway in your area.
