What we are doing
To continue our preparation for the construction of the HS2 railway, we will be carrying out works along Gilson Road. These works are to complete the construction and implantation of the plant crossing.
To ensure the safety of our workforce and road users, we will be installing temporary traffic lights from Monday 29 January to Friday 2 February, 9:30am to 3:30pm each day. Once the construction is complete, the plant crossing will be in operation. The plant crossing will be controlled by traffic lights, giving priority to Gilson Road vehicles. The plant crossing will operate Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm and Saturdays, 8am to 4pm.
