Update: Trial hole on Hampstead Road footpath near Ampthill Estate

What we are doing

We previously informed you we need to dig a trial hole in the footpath near Ampthill Estate, to inform the design of our utility works.

We need to reschedule these works and will now carry out this work in two stages from 18 to 29 November, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

We close half of the footpath each time, to maintain pedestrian access past the worksite. In each stage we will hand dig, survey and reinstate upon completion of works. We anticipate each stage will take five days.

There may be some periods of increased noise as we complete this work. We apologise for any disruption this may cause.
