Upate: tidying and trimming vegetation at Willesden Euroterminal site

What we are doing

Vegetation maintenance from 23 August

We will be carrying out vegetation tidying and trimming at our Willesden Euroterminal site from 23 August to 7 September. During this period, we’ll carry out the following works:
• Tidy and trim the vegetation along Channel Gate Road
• Trim the trees next to the pedestrian entrance to the Willesden Euroterminal site
• Trim the trees overgrown into the site along Stephenson Street – these works will take place from inside our site only. You may notice some noise during these works while chainsaws and handheld equipment are being used to trim the trees
• Vegetation trimming between our site boundary and the fencing along Grand Union Canal

The works will take place from 8am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 1pm on Saturday, if needed. The dates mentioned in this notification may change – we will provide updates about our works at www.HS2inOldOak.co.uk

We will not be removing trees during these works.

Update: planter boxes on Channel Gate Road
We have installed four planter boxes on Channel Gate Road. We have agreed the types of plants to go in the planter boxes with a group of local resident representatives. The plants are currently on order and we will continue to liaise with the local resident representatives about this.
